How do I get a free estimate?
Go to octasker.com/estimate, fill out the form, and we will get back to you with a detailed estimate. You can also call us or text us!
How do I book a service?
After you receive your estimate, you can approve it online or call us to schedule. We will find a time that works for you.
What services do you offer?
We offer TV mounting, drywall repair, painting, smart home installs, ceiling fans, plumbing help, furniture assembly, and more. If it is a handyman job, we probably do it!
How do gift cards work?
You can buy gift cards at octasker.com/gift-cards. They can be used for any service we offer. Great for birthdays, holidays, or housewarming gifts!
What is the Loyalty Rewards program?
Every time you book a service, you earn points. Points add up to discounts on future services. You start at Bronze and can work up to Platinum!
How do I pay for services?
We accept credit cards, cash, checks, and gift cards. Payment is collected after the job is complete. No upfront payments needed for most services.
What is your service area?
We service all of Orange County, California. From Anaheim to San Clemente, and everywhere in between!
What is the minimum charge?
Our minimum service charge is $299. This covers the first hour of work plus travel. Most small jobs fall within this range.
Do you charge by the hour?
No, we price by the job, not by the hour. This means you know exactly what you are going to pay before we start. No surprises! Get a free estimate at octasker.com/estimate.
Do you work on weekends?
Our office hours are Monday through Friday, 7 AM to 5 PM. We do not currently offer weekend service, but you can always text us or submit an estimate request anytime and we will get back to you first thing Monday!
How long does a job usually take?
It depends on the project! A TV mounting usually takes 1 to 2 hours. Bigger jobs like painting or drywall can take a day or more. We will give you a time estimate with your quote so you know what to expect.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes! We are fully licensed and insured. Your home and belongings are protected while we work. That is our promise to every customer.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
Of course! Just call us at (949) 204-0301 or text us. We ask for at least 24 hours notice if possible so we can offer the time slot to another customer.
Do you offer financing?
For larger projects, we can discuss payment options. Ask your technician or call us to talk about what works best for your budget.
What if I am not happy with the work?
We stand behind our work with a 1-year workmanship guarantee. If something is not right, call us and we will make it right. Your satisfaction is our top priority!
How do I refer a friend?
Tell your friends about us! When they book a job and mention your name, you both get a reward. It is our way of saying thank you for spreading the word.
What is a maintenance plan?
A maintenance plan is like a subscription for your home. We come out regularly to check on things — filters, plumbing, electrical — so small problems get fixed before they become big (and expensive) ones.
How does the Refer a Pro program work?
As a partner, you refer customers who need home services. When they book a job, you earn a commission. It is that simple! Log into your partner portal to see your referrals and earnings.
How do I track my referral earnings?
Log into the app and go to your Partner Dashboard. You will see all your referrals, their status (pending, completed, paid), and your total earnings. Payments are processed monthly.
