- Drain sediment from water heater or clean filter in tankless heater
- Descale tankless water heater as needed.
- Visually inspect attic for pests and water damage
- Monitor softener salt and furnace filter. Fill/replace as needed

- Inspect sprinklers and make adjustments if required
- Descale tankless water heater as needed
- Inspect & clean gutters (Includes 100 feet of gutter under “normal” conditions not exceeding 22’ above ground . Additional cleaning will be charged at the rate of $1/ft)
- Visual inspection of roof & foundation
- Monitor softener salt and furnace filter. Fill/replace as needed

- Turn off gas fireplace pilots. Clean fireplace glass

- Vacuum & clean bathroom fan grills
- Fill minor asphalt and concrete cracks (Minor cracks are ¼” or less)
- Clean exterior dryer vent
- Empty/clean washing machine drain pump filter (accessible filters only)
- Inspect and clean makeup air/heat exchanger filter
- Monitor softener salt and furnace filter. Fill/replace as needed

- Check doors for adjustments due to change in moisture levels
- Inspect & clean gutters (assumes “normal” conditions not exceeding 22’ above ground. Additional cleaning will be charged at the hourly rate)

- Replace smoke and carbon monoxide detector batteries
